— Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details)
— Your subscription tier and billing history
When you join our waitlist, we collect your name and email address only. We do not collect your mailing address
until you become a paying subscriber.
When you visit our website, standard server logs may record your IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information only to:
— Post your monthly Gathered Sats letter to your address
— Process your subscription payments through Stripe
— Send you email notifications about your subscription (confirmation, mailing dates, any changes)
— Respond to questions or requests you send us
— Notify waitlist members when physical subscription spots become available
We do not sell your information to anyone. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing
purposes. We will never send you unsolicited promotional emails from other businesses.
4. Who We Share Your Information With
We share the minimum necessary information with the following trusted services that help us operate:
— Stripe (payment processing): Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe under their own privacy policy. We never see or store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
— Systeme.io (website and email platform): Your name and email address are stored on Systeme.io's servers to enable automated subscription emails. Their privacy policy is available at systeme.io/privacy-policy.
— Australia Post: Your mailing address is used solely to deliver your physical letter each month.
We do not use any other third-party services that process your personal data.

Your mailing address and subscription details are stored securely. We take reasonable steps to protect your
personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which maintains PCI DSS compliance. We do not store credit
card numbers or bank account details.
We retain your personal information for as long as you are a subscriber, plus a reasonable period afterward for
legal and accounting purposes (typically seven years as required by Australian tax law).
6. Your Rights
Under Australian Privacy Law, you have the right to:
— Access the personal information we hold about you
— Ask us to correct any inaccurate information
— Ask us to delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
